ICC has been constituted in Mar Athanasius College as per the UGC regulation dated 02nd May 2016 UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations 2015. The ICC was reconstituted in Mar Athanasius College as per the new guidelines in 2017.
This cell aims at sensitizing the students and staff to work diligently to prevent sexual harassment in the college. Complaints of sexual harassment shall be lodged with the Committee and appropriate disciplinary action is initiated by the members in accordance to the rules and regulations of the college. Complaints can be registered via phone or mail.

Mechanism for Registering Grievances
Employee/student can directly approach Head of the Institution with her complaint. She may also report to the Teacher in charge of ICC about her complaint or can register her complaint through the online portal. She may also use the option to send her grievance to: icc@macollege.in or fill the form given below
