Hands-on Computer Laboratory Sessions and record works for every course subjects.
In the third semester, students can gain industrial exposure and familiarize themselves with the newest developments in Data Analytics by participating in an Internship Program in a live industry for a minimum of 15 working days, which is reviewed externally by a subject matter expert.
During the fourth semester, an Industrial Visit is intended to provide students with greater clarity on the operations of the company and to equip them with real-world and practical knowledge.
In the fourth semester, an Innovative Course Project, that is crucial to the procedure of collecting, cleaning, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data must be turned in for the improvement of the Statistical and Computer skills.

Dear Parents and Friends,

Warmest regards!

“The expert at anything was once a beginner.” — Helen Hayes

I am happy to welcome each and every one of you to the Department of Data Analytics in the context of Helen Hayes' remarks. Our mission is to provide students with transdisciplinary skills and a thorough understanding of technical and practical knowledge in data science and analytics. We began our journey in 2020.

The field of data science is multidisciplinary, incorporating knowledge from other fields. The unicorn known as the data scientist is required to have a wide range of abilities, including proficiency in statistics, mathematics, machine learning, operations research, data visualization, communication, and domain knowledge. Our program stands out for its interdisciplinary design, teaching you how data science and analytics can enhance decisions at every stage of an organization's value chain. You will also learn how prescriptive analytics techniques turn recommendations into concrete actions, gain a solid understanding of the techniques used to construct these kinds of data-driven models, and gain practical experience with widely used analytics tools.

The master's degree emphasizes the uses of data science and analytics approaches and concepts in problem-solving across a range of business, governmental, and academic sectors. It also offers advanced training in these areas. The essential competencies that are most in-demand in the industry are technical ones, such programming, statistics, operations research, and mathematics. These competencies are intended to be provided by the master's program.

With this curriculum, students are equipped to work in the rapidly expanding and evolving field of data analytics. The methods and resources of analytical decision making will be taught to students, who will use these abilities to boost an organization's competitiveness. Students will take courses in machine learning, big data, natural language processing, business analytics, and other related topics in addition to being exposed to different domains of data analytics modeling. Students can apply their learning to real-world challenges by using applied learning strategies including job placement and problem-based learning.

Since they can use the vast amount and variety of data that is readily available in today's digital environment to support corporate strategy, improve customer experience, and quickly address real-world problems, data analytics experts are in high demand right now.

I am incredibly happy to hold the position of Head of the Department of Data Analytics. I cordially invite you to join us and engage with top academics and professionals while learning about the exciting field of data science and analytics at this dynamic university.

We are appreciative of your visit.
