Dr. Diana Ann Issac is an accomplished academic leader with over 15 years of experience in Commerce and Management education, academic administration, curriculum development, research supervision, online pedagogy, and public engagement. She currently serves as the Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce, Mar Athanasius College (Autonomous), Kothamangalam, where she leads academic planning, departmental administration, student mentoring, and curriculum delivery for undergraduate and postgraduate commerce programmes.
She is a recognised Research Supervisor in Commerce under Mahatma Gandhi University and actively guides doctoral research in areas connected with finance, sustainability, higher education, and contemporary commerce studies. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Studies for B.Com., B.Voc. Business and Taxation, and M.Com., contributing significantly to academic governance, curriculum review, and programme development.
She is presently empanelled as SMARTS Trainer of SEBI , Mentor in National Mission for Mentoring (NMM), envisaged under National Education Policy 2020, Subject Matter Expert for Online M.Com and B.Com courses of Centre for Online and Dustance Education, Mahatma Gandhi University.
