Short Invited Lecture Guidelines
1. Allotted time is 8 (presentation) + 2 (discussion) minutes.
2. The title slide should contain only the title and name of the candidate who is presenting.
3. Please try to avoid the name(s) of the supervising teacher(s) and your institution anywhere in your presentation as it may sometimes affect the fair and unprejudiced judgement.
4. Try to make your slides compact with precise and concise text matter.
5. Candidates should submit their presentations in PowerPoint format to icanchemistry2024@gmail.com on or before 03/06/2024.
6. Decision of the jury will be final and binding to all participants.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Preferable dimension of the poster is 48" x 36" .
2. Your poster should include title, names and affiliations of all the authors.
3. The corresponding author should be indicated by an asterisk and should be provided with his or her email id and contact number.
4. The content should be mainly categorized into Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussions and Conclusions.
5. Please try to incorporate only the most significant references as far as your work is considered.
6. Care should be taken to limit the text to a minimum and we encourage the use of visually appealing images and graphs to highlight your results.
7. Team participation is not entertained.
8. We appreciate your presence and participation on both days of the conference and the candidates should be present at the poster presentation venue whenever requested by the organizing committee.
9. As part of our green initiatives, the institution preferes the use of eco-friendly materials in making your poster.
